A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Dr. David Williams is located in downtown Mount Airy, Maryland.  He will be moving his office to Frederick, MD, beginning July 16, 2012.  He will be working for Brook Lane Health Services.  He helps children and adults attain their personal goals for counseling.  He wants you to know that help is available even in the most challenging of circumstances.
